At Glebe Mobility, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original designer tags.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
